(Remember to DOWNLOAD a copy to be submitted later)
- If you are opening a Joint Account, you will need to complete 2 set of forms. One for each applicant.
- If you are funding with SRS, please fill in the SRS authorisation form at the LAST page
Step 3: Account Funding
Congratulations
The back office is processing your application.
Once the account is set up, you will receive an email with the funding instructions.
